Ingredients:
- 1 8 oz package of cream cheese
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 cup cold milk
- 70 Vanilla Wafers
- 1/3 cup butter - melted
Crush 60 of the Vanilla wafers until only crumbs remain. Mix with the melted butter and press very firmly into 8x8 square cake pan. I like to use the flat bottom of a measuring cup or small glass to get the crumbs pressed tightly into the pan.
Chill the crumb crust in the refrigerator.
Slice one banana thinly.
Crush the remaining 10 wafers into crumbs.
Place pudding, cream cheese, 2 of the bananas, and the milk into a food processor and blend thoroughly. Pour into chilled crust.
Top with sliced banana and remaining crumbs. Chill until set. Top with whipped cream if desired, and serve.
